So you've decided that you want to be best friends....YES!!! Here are the next steps to secure your session date. Once you make your session selection and/or hourly rates, Kari Geha Photography will send over an online contract for you to review, fill in necessary information, and e-sign. Next you will be prompted to make your deposit payment of 50% via credit card (if you want those airline miles!) or ACH. Once received, it's official and we get to have a photo adventure!

Planning
If we haven't already, we will plan your session, and generally what you want captured! We will location plan if we still need to, and we can help with permits if that is still needed as well. Once we have the location, date and time set, then our next step is to enjoy your session!

when will i RECEIVE my final files?
1-2 weeks for final images! If they are done earlier, I will send them over to you via your download link/gallery :)
*during peak season (summer/fall), lead times may be a little longer.
what do I receive for the hourly rate?
Hourly rate includes your session fee/hour, your final edited images which can be downloaded from your online gallery. Your online gallery is available for up to 1 year from your session date. Before that expires, please download and back up your images in 2 places for safe long term keeping. You will also receive a Print Authorization Form which allows you to print your images outside of the online gallery (if you have a preferred printer).
what if I'm not comfortable in front of a camera?
Don't you worry! Neither am I! So I completely understand the feeling. My goal is to get you comfortable and feel more like it's friends hanging out. After your session, my aim is for you to have enjoyed your session and feel confident in yourself and the images you will receive!
